Font - 3 minutes into this interview, the door is open, a floor staff member comes in and asked when the boss will be done because there is a customer who needs something. No. "sorry, I am busy" or "tell X to deal with it"

Font - ...straight into "Jesus christ! It's SUNDAY and I am INTERVIEWING can't anyone DO ANYTHING themselves here!" in that just bordering on shouting voice that Ohead managers do.

Font - So I stood up, and said "I do not want to work for someone like you" and I left. I hope my leaving didnt get the shopworker in any more grief than she already had, who knows maybe she will leave too.

Font - SeesawFlashy8354. 17 hr. ago. edited 19 min. ago Good for you! Standing up for yourself is always the best motto. How someone treats employees is an indication of how you would've been treated. I've had some toxic manager situations and doing this would've saved me lots of pain. 183 Reply Share

I told them no thank you, I didn't feels comfortable working at a company that feel about their employees the way he expressed to me he felt about his. It was very unprofessional. I hope I got a bad manager fired.

Font - Equivalent-Pay-6438. 15 hr. ago Wow. Who does this with a potential subordinate sitting right there? As you said, the person simply could inform him that he was unavailable and would have to get someone else to help.
